The Fourth of July is almost here, which means that people everywhere will want to watch fireworks! If you’re in the Orlando area but aren’t headed to Walt Disney World, there are plenty of other choices.

You don’t have to travel far from Walt Disney World to visit Sunset Walk. It’s located just a few minutes from Disney’s Animal Kingdom, at Margaritaville Resort. Sunset Walk has restaurants and shopping, and there’s plenty of free entertainment most evenings. Sunset Walk is becoming a destination for both locals and tourists, and they really play up special times of the year.

You won’t find just one day of celebration for the Fourth of July at Sunset Walk, the party will take place for four days! There’s extra fun and entertainment, starting on July 1.

Of course what everyone wants to know about is the fireworks. They will take place on July 4 at 9:45. You’ll probably be able to see them from parts of Walt Disney World, that’s how close Sunset Walk is.

July 4th Weekend Celebration & Fireworks Spectacular is free to attend. You can bring a chair or blanket if you’d like, but no umbrellas or outside food or beverages. Parking is also free, but close spots are coveted.

Featured area fireworks include Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa, Sunset Walk, Red Hot & Boom, Fireworks at the Fountain, Fun Spot, and Celebration, Florida.
