Walt Disney World removed the time restriction on Park Hopping back in January, 2024. The same did not happen at Disneyland. Those wanting to Park Hop have had to wait until 11:00. There are multiple reports that this will change on June 9! Disneyland guests will be able to Park Hop all day! As I write this, the Disneyland website has not yet been updated.
