It will replace Fresh Mediterranean Market, which remains open for now. Rosa Mexicano has several locations on the East Coast. If you can’t wait until next year for a taste, Rosa Mexicano will have a sampling booth at this year’s Food & Wine Classic on November 11 and 12.
