Staying OFF property? It used to be that you needed to be staying at a Walt Disney World owned hotel to use the popular Minnie Van service, but that is no longer the case. You can now order a Minnie Van if you aren’t staying on property. You do need to be at Walt Disney World to have access to the service. You will also need to download the Lyft App. Minnie Van drivers are Cast Members, they do not work for Lyft.
