Mulan is scheduled to open on July 24 On Friday, June 5, most of Florida will enter Phase 2 of the reopening plan. That means that bars and pubs can reopen at 50% indoor capacity, full capacity is allowed outside. Movie theaters, entertainment venues, and bowling alleys will be allowed to operate at 50% capacity as well. Restaurants, shops, and gyms can move to full capacity, as long as social distancing is still practiced.
