Coco was covered because of the rain earlier in the dayThe chalk art creations are one of my favorite parts of the Epcot International Festival of the Arts. You might think that the artwork will be destroyed if it rains. That is not necessarily the case. Disney does try to save the pictures. They keep a close eye on the radar, so they know when they need to be covered. The pictures might need some touching up after a storm, but it’s better than having to start over.
