Jaleo by José Andrés at Disney Springs is a popular place to dine for dinner. The food is fresh and authentic Spanish cuisine. If you’ve never had paella, this is the place to try it! That said, paella is only served at dinner. That doesn’t mean you should skip Jaleo for lunch. It could be the best meal of your vacation.

Recently, my daughter and I were hosted by Jaleo for lunch. I had dined there before, but never the lunch menu. The pace was relaxed, the staff friendly, and the food absolutely delicious. Don’t skip the dessert! If you can’t pick which one to order, try the Jaleo Tableside Dessert Experience. It’s for two or three to share, and includes a variety of sweet endings.

Jaleo also has a large assortment of Spanish wines, sangrias, and cocktails. If you don’t drink or don’t want alcohol, that’s not a problem. There are mocktails and also beverages that have had the alcohol removed. We tried the Zero Zero Sangria, and it was delicious!

Weekends at Jaleo mean brunch instead of lunch. That’s a new menu that is just as fresh and tasty! Order the ¡Ole! Brunch Tasting Experience and enjoy several courses, or you can order a la carte.

Lunch (and weekend brunch) runs from 11:30 until 3:55. Dinner rolls out at 4:00. Jaleo is also a great place to host a party or special event, with several sized options available.

I’d like to thank the staff at Jaleo by José Andrés for inviting us out. It’s one restaurant that I recommend for both tourists and locals alike!
