The 2026 Holiday Season is just around the corner! That means decorations, treats, merchandise, and music all across Walt Disney World. And this year, some of your favorite rides will feature holiday music that you won’t find the other ten months.
I’ll start at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where two rides will have new music. The first is Alien Swirling Saucers. Lilypad recently joined the toys, and she’s already added a new spin on the spinning ride. For the holiday, Lilypad’s new songs will be Deck the Halls, Toyland, Swirling, Swirling, Saucers, and Joy to the Swirl. Lilypad is a fun addition to Alien Swirling Saucers, even if the timeline makes no sense. The fun will run from November 4 through January 6, 2027.
A Disney’s Hollywood Studios (newly refurbished) classic will have a new soundtrack for the 2026 holidays. If you guessed Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring the Muppets, you’re right! This is such a good fit. The songs will be Holiday Road by The Electric Mayhem featuring Kermit the Frog and Fozzie Bear, Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) by The Electric Mayhem featuring Jennifer Hudson, Silver Bells by The Electric Mayhem featuring Cyndi Lauper, and Little Saint Nick by The Electric Mayhem. This will also start on November 4 and end on January 6.
Over at Epcot, there will be holiday tunes for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. Don’t worry, it isn’t the return of Run Run Rocket. (I liked that one, but I was definitely in the minority.) Instead, you’ll save the galaxy by blasting off to a holiday classic. The songs are It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year by Andy Williams, Christmas Eve/Sarajevo 12/24 by Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and Christmas Wrapping by The Waitresses. The music will start on November 25, which is two days before the start of the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays. That ends on December 30, but the holiday songs will continue until January 6, 2027.
