Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run was recently updated, and the new ride is so much fun! There are three possible destinations after the first part of the mission. There’s also another possible change that most people don’t know about; Grogu Mode!
In the default mode, you’ll see plenty of your favorite little green guy. Grogu Mode, though, takes the cuteness to a new level. He’s pretty much the one who guides you through your adventure.
The easiest way to enter Grogu Mode is to ask the Cast Member when you’re about to get into the ride. And don’t touch anything! The Cast Members can set Grogu Mode for you, but they’ll ask if everyone in the group wants to travel that way. Still don’t touch anything, until the Cast Member says that it’s okay.
You can also set Grogu Mode yourself, although I’ve always had a Cast Member do it. Pilots and Engineers, still don’t press anything. The Gunners will be the ones to set Grogu Mode. Again, ask the Cast Member for the order, because I’ve heard conflicting information.
If you love Grogu but didn’t ride in Grogu Mode, don’t worry. You’ll still see a lot of him during the mission. A Cast Member also recommended to my group recently that we shouldn’t try Grogu Mode, since I was the only one who had ridden before. The group still wanted to do it, and they weren’t disappointed.
