Independence Day Fireworks 2026: Fireworks at the Fountain

The Fourth of July is almost here, which means that people everywhere will want to watch fireworks! If you’re in the Orlando area but aren’t headed to Walt Disney World, there are plenty of other choices. This year it is especially important to celebrate, since it’s the country’s 250th Anniversary, and the Fourth of July falls on a Saturday!

The City of Orlando puts on quite the display each year! It’s called Fireworks at the Fountain, and it’s held at Lake Eola Park.

The fun begins at 4:00, and runs until 10:00. The fireworks will take place at 9:10. Fireworks at the Fountain is free to attend. Synchronized music during the display is provided by the Orlando Concert Band.

Give yourself extra time to find parking. There are paid lots and garages, and you might also be lucky and find an open spot on the street. If you’re driving, keep in mind that there could be some street closures. Also, there will be pedestrians everywhere, so be vigilant.

You can enjoy Fireworks at the Fountain wherever you are. It will be shown live and also livestreamed by local station WKMG.

Featured area fireworks in 2026 include Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Sunset Walk, Island H2O Water Park, Booms & Beats at MetroWest, Fireworks at the Fountain, Old Town and Fun Spot America, and Celebration, FL.
