Epcot stays open a bit later for the Festival of the Holidays. That said, don’t think that you’ll be able to grab something from one of the Holiday Kitchens right before Luminous. The park may be open until 9:30, but the Holiday Kitchens aren’t. Unless otherwise stated, they open at 11:00 and close at 9:00.
