I recently shared that Disney is celebrating Halfway to Halloween on April 28. We’ve been promised announcements and surprises that day, and also fun leading up to it. What’s more fun when thinking about Halloween than Hocus Pocus? On Wednesday, April 27 there will be a Twitter watch party. Here are the details from Disney Parks Blog.

  • Where: Twitter @DisneyParks and hashtag #HocusPocusWatchParty
  • How to Watch: “Hocus Pocus” is available to stream on Disney+ (subscription required)

If you really want to run amuck, amuck, amuck with friends and family while watching along at home, then we have a couple of Cooking Up The Magic recipes that will certainly put a spell on you and your guests.

“I put a spell on you and now you’re mine!” – Witch’s Flight

Inspired by the Sanderson Sisters, we’re resurrecting an adult beverage recipe from the kitchens of Disney Parks for the Witch’s Flight which originated at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs. Whiskey, white grape juice, lime juice, and sweet and sour with flavors of green apple, orange-tangerine, and blackberry are the only ingredients needed for this potion.

“Come, We Fly!” – Winfred’s Pumpkin Broomstick Twists

We smell pumpkin. Sweep your guests off their feet with these tasty broomstick sweet treats at home during the “Hocus Pocus” Twitter Watch Party. This Sanderson Sister-inspired sweet treat featuring your favorite fall flavors will leave you spellbound.

“Hocus Pocus” -Inspired Wallpapers

Don’t forget to follow along on Twitter using hashtag #HocusPocusWatchParty and to NEVER light the black flame candle.
