Ten Second Tip: Annual Pass Renewal Problems

Renewing in person is best if you can 

I have heard numerous people say that they have had issues trying to renew their Annual Passes on the My Disney Experience App. Some have been more successful on the Walt Disney World website, but others have still had problems. If you plan to renew, if possible do it in person at one of the parks or at Disney Springs. If that isn’t possible, call the Annual Passholder hotline at 407-560-PASS (407-560-7277).
