New Year’s Eve at House of Blues

The show must go on…

New Year’s Eve is usually quite the celebration at Walt Disney World, but the normal celebrations just are not a good idea right now. All four theme parks will close before midnight, making it not possible to ring in the New Year in the traditional way. That doesn’t mean that you still can’t celebrate outside of your hotel room at Walt Disney World. Just make plans to head to House of Blues at Disney Springs.

There will be live music in the Courtyard at House of Blues on December 31. From 3:00 until 7:00 you can enjoy Layla Brisbois. The music from 7:30 until 12:30 will be provided by Steve Hogie. Everything will wrap up at that time. Grab a drink, order something to eat, and enjoy the atmosphere.

If you hope to spend New Year’s Eve at House of Blues, plan to arrive at Disney Springs early. The district has been reaching capacity almost daily lately. If capacity has been reached you will be turned away, even if you have a dining reservation. No matter how you celebrate, please do it responsibly. You can learn more information here. Happy New Year, a few days early!
