Wine Bar George Is Now Open

The much anticipated Wine Bar George is now open at Disney Springs. If you’re looking for an adult way to relax, this could be the perfect solution.

The “George” in Wine Bar George is Master Sommelier George Miliotes. The title is not one that you will hear often, there are only 249 Master Sommeliers in the world. George Miliotes is a Florida native, and one of the most respected wine experts on the planet. Wine Bar George also holds the distinction of being the only restaurant led by a Master Sommelier.

Wine Bar George features over 130 wine selections that are served by the bottle or the glass. You can also purchase by the ounce. Small plates with selections such as hummus, chicken skewers, and house-made meatballs are served. Cheese and charcuterie boards are also available, as are family style plates. Desserts are sold as well. In addition to wine, cocktails, beer, and cider are sold.

Wine Bar George is open daily from 11:00am until 2:00am. There is seating for up to 200 guests available. Reservations for June 25 and later will be accepted starting on May 25. Walk-ins are welcome as well.
