Good news from Universal Orlando Resort! Universal Orlando Resort has announced that the dining and shopping district CityWalk will reopen on May 14! It will be open only 4:00pm until 10:00pm daily, for now. Self-parking will be complimentary during this time. Valet parking will not be available.
There are some guidelines that need to be followed. Face masks and temperature checks will be required for all. Social distancing and frequent hand washing will both be encouraged. There will be markers on the ground to remind guests where to stand.
A limited number of businesses will be open. The dining locations include Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Red Oven Pizza Bakery, and Voodoo Doughnut. Universal Studios Store will be open, as well as Airbrush, and Hart & Huntington Tattoo Company (for retail only). Hollywood Drive-In Golf will be operating as well. Blue Man Group and Universal Cinemark will not reopen at this time.
The Universal Orlando Resort theme parks remain closed through at least May 31. The hotels remain closed as well. You can learn more here.
