The Three Four Park Challenges

Are you ready to accept a Four Park Challenge? Which one?

The Four Park Challenge is an unofficial game that some guests will try. As you might assume, to complete the challenge you need to visit all four parks in a day. What you might not know is that there are different versions of the Four Park Challenge.

The easiest version of the Four Park Challenge is where you will visit all four parks in one day. As long as you scan your ticket and enter through the front gate, it counts. This is the version of the Four Park Challenge that I’ve completed more than once. In fact, we decided to do this the day that we first bought our Annual Passes. It was on Christmas Day, so that added to the challenge quite a bit. When a friend of ours asked us why we decided to hit all four parks on one of the busiest days of the year, we said, “because we could”. He couldn’t argue with our logic.

The second version of the Four Park Challenge is a little more involved. You don’t just enter the parks, you need to ride something. You should also take a picture in front of the park’s icon, and maybe even eat something in each park. Some people will try to hit at least three rides or attractions in each park in order for it to count.

I recently heard of the third version of the Four Park Challenge while waiting in line for the Candlelight Processional. With this version, you’ll try to hit every single ride in all four theme parks in one day. In order to do this, FastPass+ and Extra Magic Hours are essential. I don’t think that Disney After Hours was included in the “rules”. The man who was explaining it said that the closest he’s made it is 33 rides in one day. Even if you don’t include live shows and character greetings, I can’t see how this is doable. It could be fun to try, but I get tired just thinking about it.

If you want to try a Four Park Challenge, design one that will be the most fun for you. Make up your own rules. It’s up to you what you do, it’s not like there’s a pot of gold at the end if you complete it. Have fun, and make sure that you have good walking shoes. You’ll need them.
