Are you having a problem buying tickets, making reservations, renewing your Annual Pass, or anything else in the My Disney Experience App? Try the actual Walt Disney World website instead. The app isn’t perfect, and is limited on what you can do and see. If you’re on the website and still having issues, switch to a private browser. The Walt Disney World website isn’t perfect either.
