
What happens if you purchase special event tickets and then realize in horror that you bought them for the wrong date? Don’t worry, all is not lost. Contact Disney and let them know what happened. Call 407-934-7639, or use the chat feature in the My Disney Experience App. If the date that you wanted is still available, you should be able to switch. If the new tickets cost more, you will have to pay the difference. If the new date is sold out, you won’t be able to switch.
