I’ve been told that the “friends” of characters don’t receive as many Cast Compliments as you might think. That’s because many guests assume that it will be difficult to track down the Cast Member. If you’ve had a great interaction with a character, leave that compliment! I like to email Walt Disney World with as much information as possible. Disney will do their best to track down the Cast Member. Even if they can’t, your kind words will go to the correct entertainment team, letting them know that they’re truly making magic.
