I’ve seen some confusion lately over what is considered a costume and what is considered Disney Bounding. Think of it this way. If you dress as a character, that’s a costume. If you dress to represent a character, that’s Disney Bounding. The no-costumes rule is mostly to keep kids from getting confused and thinking that a guest is the character. As long as no one will confuse you for the character, you should be okay.
