Starting on July 20, Walt Disney World Annual Passholders will need a theme park reservation to enter the Magic Kingdom. Showing up after 2:00 and scanning in won’t be allowed. That said, the reservation does not need to be for the Magic Kingdom. Make a reservation at any of the other parks, scan in, and then head to the Magic Kingdom. Remember, though, that the Magic Kingdom could reach capacity. Call the Park Hopping Hotline if you’re concerned.
