While these are all a blast, they are also mobbed, and more than a little overwhelming. Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a convention for fans, by fans, without all the anxiety? There is; House of Mouse Expo!
This is the third year of House of Mouse Expo. It will take place March 2 and 3 at Osceola Heritage Park, 1901 Chief Osceola Trail, Kissimmee, Florida, 34744. If you need a place to stay, House of Mouse Expo has partnered with Courtyard Orlando South/Grande Lakes.
For many, the first question asked when they hear of a convention or an expo is who will the celebrity guests be. How’s this for a list? Bret Iwan (voice of Mickey Mouse) and Kaitlyn Robrock (voice of Minnie Mouse) will both be there! In addition, two of Disney’s most loved voice actors, Bill Farmer and Jim Cummings, are scheduled to attend! That’s just scratching the surface. Voice actors Terry McGovern (Launchpad McQuark) and Irene Bedard (Pocahontas) will also attend. There are actors from the Hocus Pocus movies, the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, and more. The two days of House of Mouse Expo will be packed full of fun. There will be celebrity photos and autographs available for purchase. You can learn more about the guests and their work in celebrity panels. Vendors will be on hand to help you find the perfect item or collectible. Cosplay is encouraged, so dress up as a favorite character! There is even an After Party! The party has a throwback theme this year, giving you a second chance to dress up.
