Peppa Pig Theme Park Florida

Peppa and George

Peppa Pig Theme Park is the latest attraction in Central Florida. It’s located in Winter Haven, about halfway between Orlando and Tampa, give or take a few miles. Peppa Pig Theme Park officially opens on February 24, but a friend invited me to be his guest on the media day. I was thrilled to be able to attend!

The Cinema

If you aren’t familiar with Peppa Pig, you probably don’t spend a lot of time around a preschooler. The British show features Peppa and her family. If you’re at Peppa Pig Theme Park and have never seen an episode, head inside The Cinema. Episodes play on the large screen, making it a good place to take a break when you need one.

Daddy Pig’s Roller Coaster

There are several rides at Peppa Pig Theme Park. They include Daddy Pig’s Roller Coaster, Peppa Pig’s Balloon Ride, and Grampy Rabbit’s Dinosaur Adventure. Even though they are designed with preschoolers in mind, there is still a height requirement on some rides.

Muddy Puddles Splash Pad

Preschoolers are all about play, and Peppa Pig’s Theme Park has several play areas where they can burn off some energy. The kids will love Muddy Puddles Splash Pad, George’s Fort, and Madame Gazelle’s Nature Trail. These areas aren’t just for play, they also feature discovery, allowing kids to use their imaginations and put their thinking skills to use.

Peppa Pig’s Treasure Hunt

The Cinema isn’t the only place where you can take a break and be entertained. Mr. Potato’s Showtime Arena has live shows throughout the day. The kids will also enjoy Peppa Pig Comes to Play and Peppa Pig’s Treasure Hunt Adventure. Both are around ten minutes long, so the little ones won’t lose interest.

There’s a Sensory Guide outside of each ride or attraction

One of my favorite things about Peppa Pig Theme Park is that it is a Certified Autism Center. The attractions and play areas were created so that those with sensory issues will be able to get the most out of them. A Sensory Guide is available at Guest Services. There are signs outside of the rides and attractions that have a sensory scale for each of the five senses. It’s a great idea that will help a lot of families.

From Miss Rabbit’s Diner

All of this fun will leave you hungry, and let’s face it, preschoolers never go too long without eating. Miss Rabbit’s Diner is where you’ll want to go! The adults can enjoy bowls or sandwiches, while the children’s menu features tried and true favorites like grilled cheese, pizza, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. There are sweet treats, and your whole family will want to try the signature Muddy Puddle Milkshake. Miss Rabbit’s Diner has both indoor and outdoor seating.

Peppa Pig Merchandise

You will want something to remember your day by, so stop by Mr. Fox’s Shop. You’ll find toys and other merchandise.

Grampy Rabbit’s Dinosaur Adventure

Peppa Pig Theme Park Florida is located right next to LEGOLAND Florida. Single day tickets cost $34.99 at the gate, but you can save $4.00 if you buy in advance online. An Annual Pass is only $74.99, and it includes parking. This is an affordable must-visit if you are in the area with little ones. You can visit Pepa Pig Theme Park Florida website here.
