Walt Disney World is spectacular on New Year’s Eve, but it’s not the only game in town. SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration is currently in full swing, and it will continue through January 5!
On December 31, enjoy the rides and shows during the day, and don’t forget to meet Rudolph! Then ring in the New Year with an incredible fireworks display! I’ve been to SeaWorld Orlando on New Year’s Eve, and it’s a fantastic show. The Sea of Trees is part of the fun, giving you a unique experience.
New Year’s Eve at SeaWorld Orlando is included with your theme park admission. There are also two upgrades available. For $49.99 per person, you can purchase reserved seating for the fireworks. (I’ve never done this and always had a great view.) The SeaWorld Orlando New Years Eve VIP Fireworks View Happy Hour package costs $99.99 per person. It includes select beers, specialty cocktails, and tapas, as well as reserved viewing. There’s a champagne toast at midnight.
As always with SeaWorld Orlando, check for tickets online before heading to the park. You might find a better deal. SeaWorld Orlando will open at 8:00 AM on December 31, and remain open until 1:00 AM. If you drive, consider hanging back at the end of the night. The parking lot can take a while to get out of when everyone is leaving at the same time.
