Food Trucks are helping to ease some of the burden. So far, it seems like it’s one truck a day, and it’s on a rotating basis. The food truck isn’t there all day, only for the lunch crowd. This is most likely a temporary solution.
There is no word on what will replace Big River Grille or what the timeline could be.
