Of the weather outside is frightful…not really In past years it’s been easy to find snoap (snow made out of soap) at Walt Disney World. This year, there isn’t as much, but you can still find it. Disney Springs has snoap in Town Center by the giant Christmas tree. It also snoaps in West Side, near DisneyStyle and Starbucks. I’ve only seen it snoap at night. That doesn’t mean that it doesn’t happen during the day, I’ve just never seen it.
