Ten Second Tip: Making a Simple Difference

Richard Gerth, a longtime greeter at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, has passed away at the age of 92. This incredible man made a difference in the lives of so many Walt Disney World guests with a smile, a tip of his hat, and maybe a picture. It’s a lesson we can all learn. We too can make a difference with a smile and by being nice. It’s as simple as that.
