A rainy day in the Epcot parking lot Do the crowds really clear out when it rains at Walt Disney World? Yes and no. There won’t be as many people out and about if there’s a heavy rain, but since so many people are in Florida for vacation many will still go to the parks. The lines for rides with indoor queues like Space Mountain and Flight of Passage will still be long, and some outdoor rides will close. If the rain moves out, watch out. The crowd will not be far behind.
