There’s a new shopping feature that’s in the test phase on the My Disney Experience App. Scroll down on the home screen and look for “Find Merchandise”. You can then search to see if something is in stock at World of Disney!
I fooled around with it a bit last night. The feature is far from perfect, but it’s a great idea. If you try it, be both specific and general in your search. I searched for “Star Wars” and only had a few choices. I searched again for “Star Wars T-shirt” and new choices showed up. Here’s hoping that this expands to more stores and the theme parks. “Find Merchandise” has the potential to save people a lot of time at Walt Disney World!
