Halloween Spooktacular is a fun event at SeaWorld Orlando. It takes place mostly on the weekends, starting on August 30 and running through November 2. You can see the full calendar here. It runs from 11:00 through 5:00.
With Halloween Spooktacular, there are characters, special decorations, and more. Purchase a bag (they aren’t expensive) and the little one with you can go trick or treating! Kids 12 and under can wear their favorite costumes, in fact, it’s encouraged.

There are extras, such as Halloween Cookie Decorating, but the kids will be having so much fun that they won’t miss it if you don’t buy it. As mentioned, you do need to purchase a bag to trick or treat, but that’s not something that will eat too much into your budget. It will pay for itself in candy.
