The answer is simple; nothing. It’s not a different level of pass, the same thing. V.I.Passholder stands for Very Important Passholder. It’s a term that Disney likes to use from time to time when special benefits are rolled out. If you’re a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, you’re a V.I.Passholder.
