There seems to be something different about the scanners at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. They are more sensitive! A reader shared that that’s the only park that set off the alarm for her backpack. I had the alarm once sound for me there. I didn’t have a bag, just my glasses in my coat pocket. They weren’t even in a case! I don’t know if the scanner sensitivity is higher at Disney’s Animal Kingdom because of the animals, or if it’s just a fluke. But I thought you might want to be aware.
