Florida Residents can pay monthly for an Annual Pass. You can renew up to 60 days before your Annual Pass expires. There are two things to keep in mind. First, the day that you pay will be the day the payment is taken out each month. Second, if you renew early, you will be charged for the old pass and the new pass until the old one has been paid off.
