As I said earlier, add Park Hopper to your Disneyland ticket if it’s in your budget. That said, adding Park Hopper doesn’t mean you can scan into the park that you have a reservation for when it opens, and then head across the way to the other. Park Hopping doesn’t start until 11:00 each morning. There’s usually a bit of a line a few minutes before.
