Security at DisneylandWalt Disney World and Disneyland are not the same! I thought I’d share some tips for new Disneyland guests who already know Walt Disney World.
As I mentioned in Part Five, Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure, and Downtown Disney are all close. That means you only have to go through security once! The downside is that, unless something has changed since October 2024, it’s the old fashioned bag check. You don’t just walk through like at Walt Disney World. Give yourself plenty of time, especially if you hope to Rope Drop. The security line can be long.
