With there be two Virtual Queues? With TRON Lightcycle / Run opening on April 4, many Disney fans assume that means that Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will no longer use a Virtual Queue. As I write this, there is no official word from Walt Disney World that the Virtual Queue at Epcot will be dropped. The system does allow for both. Two Virtual Queues were used during the holidays last year, one for Cosmic Rewind and the other for the Santa meet and greet at Disney Springs. There have also been two Virtual Queues when there’s been a special event such as Annual Passholder magnets or May the 4th shopping. I’m not saying that Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will keep the Virtual Queue once TRON Lightcycle / Run opens. Just wait until Disney makes the announcement before taking it as more than a rumor.
