Sorcerer Mickey and his broom are part of Chalk Full of Character It’s the closing weekend of the Epcot International Festival of the Arts! The final day will be Monday, February 20. This festival is short each year, but it’s worth your time! If you have never been, consider planning a Walt Disney World vacation next year around this time. In 2023 it started on January 13, it will probably begin on or around January 12 in 2024. The 2023 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival will begin on March 1.
