Currently Fantasmic! has only one show listed each evening for guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It’s at 8:00. On both November 12 and 13, an extra show was added just for Annual Passholders. A notification was sent in the My Disney Experience App. I’m not sure if only guests with Disney Park Pass Reservations received the notification, because I had a reservation for both days. A wristband is needed to attend the 9:30 show, distribution is at the park’s entrance and at Pixar Place. You can pick one up as early as 6:00. I attended Fantasmic! on November 12. I arrived at Disney’s Hollywood Studios after 8:00 and there were still plenty of wristbands. The theater was not full, and I had a great seat! I don’t know how often Disney plans to do this, but it was a nice surprise.
