Photo courtesy Morimoto Asia Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto will visit Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs on Sunday, August 14, and Monday, August 15. Chef Morimoto will be mingling with diners, as well as lending a hand in the kitchen. His visit will celebrate two promotions at the popular restaurant. Chef Yuhi Fujinaga has been promoted to Culinary Director for all of Patina Restaurant Group’s Orlando concepts. He will continue to oversee Morimoto Asia as part of the new role. Chef Takeshi Ikeuchi has been promoted from Executive Sous Chef to serve as the Executive Chef of Morimoto Asia. Congratulations to both!
