This was taken on March 24, 2021A little over a year ago Walt Disney World tested facial recognition technology at the Magic Kingdom. It was a way to avoid using finger biometrics, and it was touchless. Since the trial ended, there hasn’t been even a hint as to whether or not Disney plans to switch to the system. I know that there were plenty of people who hated the idea. I liked it, because I don’t like touching the finger scanners.
