Belle approved of this tip…Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade is now part of Disney Genie+. This is nothing new, it was a FastPass+ option before the closure. There is a reserved viewing area near the Partners Statue. If you book this, look for a Cast Member in the courtyard in front of Cinderella Castle. You will still want to arrive a bit early, but you won’t have to claim a spot an hour before the parade.
