Want to see Typhoon Lagoon after dark? Disney H2O Glow Nights will be back this summer, but with a slight twist on the name. This time, the special ticketed event will be called Disney H2O Glow After Hours. More information has been released, including dates and prices. Here is what you need to know.
Disney H2O Glow After Hours will take place at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park on Saturday evenings. The first one will be held on May 28, and the final one will be on August 27. The event will officially run from 8:00 pm until 11:00 pm, but you’ll be allowed in two hours early.
The cost for Disney H2O Glow After Hours will be $75 per person. A child’s ticket for ages three through nine will be $70. Annual Passholders and DVC Members can buy a discounted ticket for $59 for over ten and $54 for ages three through nine. These prices do not include tax.
If you’ll be staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel during the correct timeframe and want to attend, you’ll be able to purchase your ticket on March 29. Tickets will go on sale for everyone else on April 1, and that’s no joke. (Sorry, I couldn’t resist.)
Since H2O Glow Nights has turned into a Disney After Hours event, you’ll be able to enjoy your fill of popcorn, ice cream novelties, and bottled soda or water. Other event-only items will be available for purchase. There will be a DJ on hand to keep the party going.
One interesting thing that I noticed is that all references to Toy Story have been removed from the official page on the Walt Disney World website. Since characters were part of past events, I assume that there won’t be any at Disney H2O Glow After Hours.
