A few of the wines from 2021 The Food & Wine Classic takes place each fall at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin. It is not the same thing as the Food & Wine Festival at Epcot, although many people confuse the two. This year, the Food & Wine Classic will take place on November 11 and 12!
In 2020, the Food & Wine Classic was not held. Things were scaled back a bit in 2021 because of COVID precautions, but that will not be the case this time. In 2022, the food and beverage seminars will be back! The seminars on Friday will be Pasta Making with Chef Dan, Base to Bubbles, It’s Better to Wine in Italian, and Wine Blending. The Saturday seminars will be Beer, Please!, Craft Cocktails, and Wine Blending. The seminars cost extra, and you will need a seminar ticket.
With the Food & Wine Classic, there are kiosks set up outdoors at the Swan and Dolphin. These feature small plates from the creative teams behind the restaurants in the hotels. There are local and international wines and beers to sample. There is also entertainment.
A ticket for the Food & Wine Classic costs $165 each evening. That includes all of the food that you can eat and wine and beer that you can drink. Most likely, both evenings will sell out. Anyone six or older will need a ticket, and there is no child’s discount.
