Ten Second Tip: New Sign-In Email

Don’t be concerned unless you didn’t recently sign-in! 

There has been some apprehension lately from people receiving emails that there was a new sign-in on their My Disney Experience Accounts. This is not a cause for concern. Disney recently updated their system. If you sign in on a private browser, you will receive the email, but you could receive it at other times as well. Just check the information, and if everything seems correct and the email came right after you signed in, you don’t have to worry. If something seems off or you didn’t recently sign-in, change your password.
