Kennedy Space Center from the Disney Dream – I wish I could watch the launch from here!

I thought that it could be fun to share some Disney or Orlando-area ways to pass the time while stuck at home. Many of these are geared towards children, but we’re Disney fans, and that makes us all kids at heart!
Tomorrow (May 26) is a huge day on the Space Coast. It’s the first time that astronauts will blast off from American soil since the end of the Space Shuttle Program in 2011! If you’d like to watch the SpaceX Falcon 9 launch from home, Orlando station WKMG is hosting a virtual launch party of sorts. You’ll be able to watch from several different angles, and there will be special commentary. The launch is scheduled for 4:33pm, but of course could be scrubbed due to weather or other conditions. You can watch here.
