Carnevale is the Italian version of Mardi Gras Carnevale is in full swing at Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante at Disney Springs. I was hosted on the first night, representing Disney Dining. You can read my thoughts here. My ten second tip is this; if you’re able, make a reservation for this celebration! The food is great, the decorations are fun, and there is great extra entertainment. I am really glad that Maria & Enzo’s brought this back. Carnevale takes place each evening through February 29.
