I know that a lot of people are in the process of planning for a fall vacation to Walt Disney World, so here’s an outside of the Disney Bubble option that you might want to consider. The dates have been released for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando Resort. If you’re looking for a fright, this could be for you.
Halloween Horror Nights are pretty much the opposite of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. There are themed houses and scare zones. The themes have not yet been announced for 2019, but last year the most popular house was Stranger Things.
In the past Halloween Horror Nights would begin in the middle of September because of Rock the Universe, but the Christian concert series has been moved to February, so this year Halloween Horror Nights can begin earlier than in the past. The first date this year will be September 6. All dates are listed below.
One thing to keep in mind, Halloween Horror Nights is intense. There is plenty of blood and gore, and it is not recommended for those under the age of 13. It is also extremely popular, so if you plan to go you might want to try a weekday or early in the season. Leave the masks and costumes behind, they aren’t allowed. This is a separate ticketed event.
Here are the 2019 dates for Halloween Horror Nights:
