If you have a dietary restriction that was not covered in this series, what you will be able to eat will depend on your restrictions. Walt Disney World will usually do everything that they can to take care of you, but there are limits.
There are two things that you can do to find out if your diet can be accommodated. First, you will want to email Special Diets well in advance. Give the details of what you can and can’t have. You will then learn if Disney will be able to help. Special [dot] Diets [at] DisneyWorld [dot] com
Second, if you were pleased with the answer from the email, you should still call 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463). Give them at least 24 hours, 48 if you can. Even if you have email proof that they will have what you need on hand, you should still call. Thousands of meals are prepared at Walt Disney World each day, you don’t want yours to slip through the cracks.
If Walt Disney World is unable to accommodate your dietary requests, remember that you are allowed to bring food into the parks with you. Small coolers are allowed as well. If you don’t want to carry a cooler with you all day, there are lockers for rent in each park. For one fee you can open and close the locker as many times as you need to all day long.
