A nap can make a real difference in your energy level

Naps aren’t just for the children or grandchildren. Spending an entire day at a Walt Disney World theme park will take a lot out of you physically, even if you haven’t hit 50 yet. The Florida heat and humidity can make it even worse. Consider heading back to your hotel for a nap in the heat of the day. You’ll recharge, and then you’ll be rejuvenated enough to enjoy the rest of the day.
